Login issues are usually the most common issue faced with Aquira. To resolve this, ensure that:

  • Date and Time on the Client PC and Server are in Sync
  • "Use Windows Login" is unchecked
  • Aquira Server can be pinged by using CMD and the IP
  • User has been assigned an Account with correct credentials.
